Adding a 60 km-long lane to the Kesem - Ein Tut section as follows:

• Adding a 4^th lane from the Kesem Interchange up to Earon Interchange. Iron – נקרא כמו ברזל
• Adding a 3^rd lane from the Earon Interchange up to Ein-Tut Interchange.
