Adding a 3 km public transport lane from 444-483 Junction toward the Kesem Interchange in each direction. The lane is designated for exclusive public transport use, with an option to add high-occupancy vehicles. The project includes expanding the bridge over the Raba Stream and building a new acoustic wall near the Bnei Zion care center.
The Rosh Ha'ayin area where the project is located is heavily congested during the day. This project will prioritize public transport, thus alleviating traffic congestion and reducing commute times to work and back home.
