Constructing a new high-capacity thoroughfare that serves as an extension to Route 39, from Route 38 in the east and up to Route 3 in the west.
The project includes paving a 29 km two-directional triple-lane road. It also includes constructing a bridge over Route 6 and Israel Railways tracks, constructing new interchanges, and maintaining approximately 13 junctions along the road, and paving service and farm roads.
