A BOT franchise project that includes financing, detailed planning, construction, operation, maintenance and service of the road section between Yokneam and Somech interchanges.

• Overall road length of 21 km
• Four interchanges including two mega-interchanges: Tel Kashish and Ha'amakim Interchange
• Three double tunnels with an overall length of 9.4km, three lanes in each direction
• Yokneam, Rechasim, and Ivtin – toll roads.
